COVID-19 Update: October 12th, 2020
Face Masks are Required by Chippewa Hotel Waterfront:
The Chippewa Hotel requires individuals to wear a face masks whenever they are on property in public spaces. We also require the use of face masks on property in outdoor spaces where social distancing cannot be made. Most significantly, we refuse entry or service to people who refuse to wear a face covering, with limited exceptions.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- A two week notice prior to your arrival date is required for any cancellations to receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. The processing fee can be waived if you are able to change your reservation to any future date (including our 2021 season).
- For guests who need to cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable (which is part our regular cancellation policy).
- If you are cancelling due to an active Coronavirus case, please call us at (906)847-3341 to discuss options.
